Cancellations

Unless a stay shows different terms, you can cancel for free until 48 hours before check-in.

Open My booking (link in the footer and in your booking email), enter your reference and email, and press Cancel booking. You get an email to confirm.

If you paid online, the money goes back to the same card, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

If you booked through a partner site (“View deal on …”), cancel with that partner. Their terms apply.

Within 48 hours of check-in, or if you do not arrive, the property may keep the full price. Contact us and we will ask the property for you.
