Questions hotels ask

What does it cost?

Nothing to join. We keep 15% of each completed stay. If the guest paid online, we send you the rest every month. If the guest pays at your property, we send you a monthly bill for the commission.

Can I keep using Booking.com or Airbnb?

Yes. Connect your calendar (iCal) or a channel manager in your hotel panel, so a room booked elsewhere is closed here too.

Who sets the prices?

You do. Set a normal price for each room and change it for any dates, from your phone.

Can I say no to a booking?

Booking requests wait for you to confirm or decline. Paid bookings are confirmed straight away, so keep your dates up to date.
